Communications Schools

I'm currently a sophomore at Syracuse University. I'm interested in Communications, specifically Public Relations.
I had a good high school record: too many EC's to list, but include Class VP, Editor-in-Chief of school newspaper, etc. A GPA of about 3.5, A's and B's, graduated with honors. My ACT scores don't really represent my academic abilities... I got a 26, but simply don't test well on standardized tests.

At SU: I have about a 3.4, Renee Crowne Honors Program, A's and B's, member of TV organization Promotions Dept. doing PR.
I'm thinking about the following schools: USCali, BU, Elon, but also thinking about W&M, UVA, & UNC for non-communications schools (arts & science programs). Idealy, I would like to stay in the Northeast or on the East Coast. Any other ideas? And what do you think my chances are for these schools?

why do you want to leave SU. Is it not a good comm. school?

i heard syracuse was one of the best.

I'm not happy with the social life. It's very cliquey and greek oriented. People are mostly from New York (specifically Long Island) and New Jersey-- I'm from the North Shore in MA so it's not really what I'm used to or enjoy being around.
