I've taken microeconomics this summer and before I took it, my high school counselor told me that it didn't count for my graduation credits. However, I think they do count under the G requirements and I'm afraid they might weigh my UC GPA down from a 3.91 to 3.88...if the C in microeconomics is weighted as a B. Does extra classes like these count in my overall UC GPA? Is there anyway I can explain the situation and say I had a taste of real college and it surprised me?
