Community College Courses

Hi there, I've been thinking about signing up to take a course or courses at a local community college to get over with some college credits. The thing is which courses would be the ones that would be a good idea to take? (General ed-wise because I have no clue yet what to major in.)

ps I don't know anybody who is close to me who has gone to an American college and is knowledgeable about general ed courses. Oh boy I'm in a pickle!

You need to make sure that the college that you want to go to even accepts transfer credits from cc, because some don't.

Or just take them anyway because you really want to learn about whatever it is you are going to sign up for.

I just said that because he said that he wanted to "get over with some college credits" thats all!

I'd still suggest taking classes!

The best community college credits to earn are those offered as dual credit, where you get H.S. credit as well as college credit. US Government, US History, Macroeconomics, and Physcology are some popular ones at my school.
