Community College credit

I recently completed a 5 week summer session at a community college (finished on July 25th). I took Nutrition 150, which knocks out my biological sciences breadth. In order to receive credit for this from Berkeley, do I just have to send in the transcript?

Also, this is the second CC course Ive taken. I took one in Spring 2006 (already sent that transcript and they got it) and got a B in it. I got an A in this one. Each class was 3 units, so in addition to getting 6 units, will I also be starting out with a 3.5 GPA?

You just need to send the transcript, but i dont think CC grades count in regards to GPA.

Yeah, CC grades don't count torwards your gpa, which is why transfers start of from scratch once we start taking classes at Cal.

Best
