Community College Grades -> UC GPA?

Hi i’m taking a calculus course at a local community college. i slacked off and now i have a C…

does this C transfer over to my gpa at the UC’s (ucla/ucsd/berkeley) next year? in other words…do i start off with a 2.0 gpa?

also,

is this enough for me to get rescinded from the UC’s? (i get B’s and A’s in my high school courses, so just 1 C in that college course)

C's are not problems, it's only when you get a D that they can rescind. I heard that the grade will not affect your GPA in college. It just gives you credit for calculus so you don't have to take it in college. But I don't know if this is correct. Also I found a good websit assist.org that tells which courses transfer.

could someone confirm this?

cuz I might (40% chance) have a B+ in community college pyschology
and im wondering if that B would hurt my college GPA

because that would tick me off, cuz I sorta slacked for the final, which may have lowered my grade
