Community college grades

Will community college grades taken during high school be factored into one's grade when he/she is in college?

For example, if someone got a B in a transferable community college class during High School would that grade be calculated into the person's college GPA or would that grade be only for college credits.

no, just the credit is transferred.

Do UCs take the grades?

Are you in state for CA? Were the classes taken at a CA cc? If so then yes, UCs should take them. If not, it might depend on where they were taken. Additionally, the college will evaluate the courses and the credits may differ. For instance, my son had some classes that were 4 cc credits but transferred into his college as 3 credits. He had to send along the cc course description, etc.

I attended a CA community college during High School. Would I start out with a GPA already calculated at a UC? So if I had an A in a community college transferable class would I start out with a 4.0 GPA at a UC?

no, just the credit transfers.

You get a "new card" once you start at at UC, even if you are from community colleges transfering to a UC, you start over wish a fresh GPA.
