I plan on attending a community college and being in a transfer program. However, I plan to transfer to a 4 year college in 1 year not 2. So I know my grades need to be really good in order for this to happen. But I didn’t apply myself in high school, my gpa was really bad and my SAT score in average. The college I was to transfer to after community college has a transfer requirement of 30 credits. If I apply in the second semester of my year in community college, will the classes I’m taking during that time count in the 30 credits? Or does the 30 credits mean 30 COMPLETED credits? That just confuses me.
Also, on the website for the 4 year college I plan on transferring to, it said they will only look at my high school grades if I have less than 30 credits. That’s another reason why I’m asking.
Read it carefully to find out whether it means 30 credits including or not including in progress courses. Since you did not name the school, no one else can help you.
