Community College To 4 Year University!

So here's the low-down,

I did not do so great in highschool, actually .. terrible, almost at the bottom of my class and now that i've matured I of course wish I didn't screw around so much. I am currently about to end my second semester at A local community college. My first semester I got a 3.5 and got onto the presidential honors list and this semester I am probably going to do a little lower than that, definitely not making the honors list due to boring classes and just lack of interest etc. These last 2 semester I am shooting to get 3.5+ both .. If it matters I am undecided and in the " Liberal Arts " program. I also did not take my sat's in highschool. When I transfer next year & if I do do as good as I am striving to in my last 2 semesters I have left to complete my 2 years at CC, How are my chances getting into these schools as a transfer, and has anyone been in my kind of situation? And have you had any luck?

Penn State
TCNJ
University of Miami
Florida State
West Virginia University

University of Miami you could try transferring after one year. With UM, if you have more than 30 credits they dont look at your high school grades, but the tuition and everything to go to Miami will cost you around $55,000+.

Penn State definitely, but you need to stay consistent or better when it comes to grades, this isn’t High school anymore. Even if a class is boring or uninteresting, In the end it depends in how bad you want to succeed and go to those schools.

West Virginia University in Morgantown is a complete joke, you could do ONE semester at another college and transfer there, it’s the #1 party school, but not to much academically. Might not get much work done.

Lately, Florida state. It’s the same thing as I said with UM (Miami) except for the tuition and it’s a little easier to get into, definitely don’t give up and you’re headed on the right path.

My advice? Try to shoot for a 3.8-4.0

Thank you very much , I really appreciate it!
