<p>Hey Everyone,</p>

<p>I will attending Community College this fall, but my ultimate goal is to transfer into Columbia within a year of CC. I understand that SATs, College GPA, Recs, ECs and Work Experience is very important. If there is any advice past applicants/future applicants can give me?</p>

<p>I applied for fall '10 from an out-of-state cc and I got in. I was really surprised, but you have to work extremely hard. I only got one B (in an optional accounting class) my GPA was 3.92, I worked 25 hours a week, volunteered, and spent months on my essay.</p>
