<p>I am a student at a Community College in RI with a 3.3 GPA and a terrible high school transcript. I have completed two full semesters of college and am finishing my third. I want to start sending out applications now, so my question to everyone is what are my chances I get into a school like PC/URI/UMASS?</p>
