I would like to know what are my chances of getting into UCLA, USC for Film and Television from a community college. (transfer program)

I'm an international student planning to go to De Anza College to study. I have received an acceptance letter into De Anza. It is also my dream to get into UCLA. I know to be able to have better chances to be accepted into UCLA it would be better to go to a CC with the TAP.

My questions:

-Is De Anza a good CC to go to if i want to transfer into UCLA compared to Santa Monica College? Especially in Film and Television.

-What are my chances as an international student to get accepted? What must i achieve to stand out? i.e: 4.0 GPA?

-According to UCLA TAP FAQ section: Non-UCLA College majors such as Engineering, Nursing, Arts and Architecture, or Theater, Film and Television can be certified; however, TAP certification is not considered in the review by the other UCLA Schools for selection.

Does this mean that even if i attended a CC with TAP there would be no difference to attending a CC without TAP (De Anza) in my particular field of study?

-If however TAP still does give me an advantage, will i be able to transfer away from De Anza into i.e: Foothill/Santa Monica? If yes when should i apply for a transfer?

Dilemma:I'm in the Fall Intake and yet to have replied to my acceptance letter but my best friend which we've agreed to go together with has already confirmed his attendance to De Anza and received his F-1 visa.

Thank you for any help y'all can provide me with!
