Community College

I might have posted this already but I want like new replies so can anyone help me? Right now I am in Math Analysis which prepares us for AP Calc BC next year. It's kind of like Precalc/Calc. I have the option of taking Calculus at a community college this year. Then next year I wouldn't have to take a math class at school. My school doesn't go beyond Calc BC. Also I could take like 2 upper level math class during the summer if I do this. In College I am probably going to minor in math. I am 90% positive of doing this.

Is this a good idea or not? The only reason I don't want to do it is because I can just take the class in college and won't have to pay like $400 per class now. Also spring sports are coming up although I could work my schedule to include both. Can anyone help?

a friend oh mine took calcluls at a community college this semester, after taking and passing AP calculus AB in school....he dropped the class with a W because it was just that hard and difficult. and im not talking about some bumbass doing this, this guy suffered through AP Chem with me.
