Community service/extracurricular question

For my common app and UC app, I listed the following as a few of my extracurriculars/leadership activities:

-Organized missionary trips to a drug shelter in Tijuana, Mexico and an orphanage in Mexicali, Mexico. Financed by donations and fundraisers.

-Organized soup drives to homeless areas of LA (skid row). Financed by donations and fundraisers.

Do I need some sort of proof that I did the mentioned tasks or will they take my word for it? I didn't imagine that I did since it never asked me for verification or anything of that sort.

Just to clarify, everything on my application is 100% true. I didn't lie and say that I did things that I didn't. I just need to know if the colleges need evidence or something so that I can provide it if necessary.

Thanks

No proof is required.

The UC schools randomly select about 10% of their applicants and require them to verify an EC of UC’s choosing. You can search on the web for more details. But since you said its all true, you don’t need to do anything now. If you hear from UC, that’s the time to act.
