I told them the actual amount, and thanks for listening to them.

I don't know if I helped myself by doing that, or hurt myself. I guess that's why I created this thread, but I'm not going to worry about it anymore. =( What will be, will be.

But I'm glad I put some of my songs on here because no one besides my close friends have ever really heard them. =)

I just listened to all your music. What can I say, it was beautiful : ) As it's in MIDI format, found all the songs suitable for an RPG game, like Final Fantasy, lol. (this is a compliment, really!)
I'm only an anxious applicant, waiting for results to come out, but I sort of felt like your kind of supplemental materials are the ones that actually count in the process.
Congratulations on your dedication to community service. Even if those hours don't count in some people's admissions criteria, I think in yours definitely do since it seems to be your #1 passion.
I wish you the best in the admissions process and hope you'll get in where you want to! =)

Keeping track of your community service hours doesn't seem disingenuous at all. In fact, in many high schools you are required to do this to meet graduation requirements (although obviously the required amounts are a lot less than what you have done).
