community service hours HELP!

<p>For the community service section of the application it asks for the average number of hours a week and avg. weeks a year. I don't understand how to calculate this!</p>

<p>for example, I participated in "Heal the Bay" cleaning the beach for four years total. I only go 3 times a year for 4 hours each time. So 3 times a year 4 hrs each time and 4 years total. How do I convert it into the number of hours a week and avg. weeks per year format?</p>
