Community Service question, and Work Experience question

Hey, so I have a few questions regarding the UC app.

  1. In the community service section, I do various small jobs/work for my church throughout the year, with a few big projects here and there. Some of the jobs entailed many many hours in a single week, while others were just a random weekend. So, should I list each activity seperately, or list them all under one item, and just give a rough estimate of average weeks worked/average hours per week.

  2. In the work experience section, my primary source of income has been jazz gigs. Do I list that as work experience?

  3. Lastly, how do I list a continuous award, like National Honors Society?

  1. List them all in one activity and estimate the hours per week and weeks per year (you don't have to be exact)
  2. Yes, make sure to describe what you did
  3. When exactly were you given this title? You can list this as an award but it needs a date, which should be the day you were officially part of it.
