<p>You will have to get in contact with the music teacher of the elementary schools (if they even have one). If the school doesn't have a music teacher, get in contact with the principal or the head coordinator of activities. Also, you have to keep in mind that if the children can't afford lessons, then they might not be able to afford an instrument, but may have a passion for wanting to learn it.</p>
