<p>how do they know if we did our community service or not that we put on our application? were we supposed to turn some form in so the counselors can put it on our transcript, or does it not really matter?</p>
<p>In our school district, community service is a graduation requirement. Therefore, when community service is done, slips are filled out, signed by the adult in charge and the number of hours are recorded on the transcript.</p>
