community service?

<p>hey people! so i was wondering..since im from taiwan, a local chinese skool, and here ppl don't really offer opportunities to do much community service..is it a serious matter if i don't have enough community service hours?? if i wanna apply to top skools i mean...any internatioal students with similar experiences? thanks a lot!! :D</p>
