Hey guys:

So I am determiend to major in Comp Sci at UMD! (yay me :) )

anyway-

I have had a deep interest in Astronomy (no courses were offered at my school :( ). So I'm basically using that as most of my physical lab requirements (and advanced course requirements).

Turns out, I can qualify to get a minor in Astronomy!

Now for the question:

WILL that mean anything? I know some comp sci ppl minor in physics, but in all honest, I really don't have THAT much of an interest in physics (AP Physics got me interested in Astronomy...ironically).

So will getting that minor benifit me in anyway? or will it just be some worthless add on?
