<p>A few of the schools that I'm applying to are Andover, Choate, Mercersberg and Westtown.</p>

<p>My list
1st- Andover
2nd-Mercersberg
3rd-Choate
4th-Westtown</p>

<p>What would your order be? Has anyone even heard of Mercersberg and Westtown? What's the best school in your opinion? Location, acceptance, matriculation, prestige, ssat's...? Pro's and Con's for each?</p>

<p>@jerseygirl312: Despite not being one of the “acronym” schools, both Mercersburg and Westtown are well known, especially in the mid-atlantic region.</p>

<p>Do yourself a favor and do not choose schools you’ll apply to based on “prestige”. And note that the “Chances” threads are worthless as a predictor of your actual likelihood of admission.</p>
