You can check the majors by looking at course catalogs to see what advanced courses they have in each subject, and looking at schedules to check the frequency of these course offerings.

We visited all three (among other schools) with my D over the last year.
– Statistic-wise Muhlenberg is somewhat less selective than Lafayette and Lehigh. Still, it is a good school. I’m not sure if it was the not-so-great-tour guide we had for our visit or whatever else it was, but she just didn’t get excited about the school.
–Lafayette and Lehigh are pretty similar stat-wise.
–Lehigh is just a bigger school than my D wanted (she was looking for a small LAC) and she did not like that TAs taught some classes. That is strictly a personal preference.
–After seeing a ton of small LACs, she will be attending Lafayette next year and what feels right to one person may not be right for another.

These three schools are all so physically close to each other that if you can’t decide you may want to try to re-visit them all and see what feels right. I know kids who are happy and thriving at all of these schools so you can’t make a bad choice. Good luck and congratulations.

i have a teacher who is very close with muhlenberg, and his son goes to lafayette, and a billion ppl from my school go to lehigh.
I think they are all similar. Lehigh is great for business. Muhlenberg is i think a smart choice for someone into liberal arts schools (idk what that means hahah sorry, idk too much about muhlenberg). and lafayette is good al around, but not as strong as lehigh for business
