Compared to SAT/GPA, how important are EC's?

For instance, I have a very solid GPA (3.82/4.34...only 4 B's ever all in honors classes) and great SATs (2340). However, when I see at the lists of EC's of some of the kids on this site, its mind-boggling. Dozens of awards, clubs, leadership positions, started a company, saved the world, stopped global warming, etc. It makes mine pale in comparison:

Varsity football (captain)
Varsity track (1 yr)
Frosh Basketball
NHS President
Transitions Leader

Yes, thats it! God forbid-only five things.

Anyway, do I seem to be a 'boring' candidate because i haven't saved the world? My #1 is Georgetown, and I'm wondering if i can compete with some of these kids with amazing resumes.

They're important, but standardized test scores are very important. See for yourself:

College Search - Georgetown University - Admission

About your EC's: It's not really how many things you do but more what you get out of it. "Anyway, do I seem to be a 'boring' candidate because i haven't saved the world?" I know that's not a serious question. I hope I don't need to explain why that question is ridiculous. Please don't make me.

lol yes thank you

ECs are very important for some scholarships or merit-based aid. However, I don't think Georgetown gives out merit aid.

Your list is short, but you have strong leadership positions, which is better than having 20 random clubs. good luck.
