<p>hmmm...considering I applied to engineering at both schools, I can't help you out with that. But from what I hear, econ is pretty good at both places, although maybe you should've considered some other schools for econ since Harvard, Chicago, Princeton, and MIT are the strongest.</p>
<p>I would also like to know how does Cornell's CAS Economics stack up with other similar programs/majors at other schools, even LACs.</p>
<p>I don't know about Economics, but I know that our Applied Economics and Management is pretty good.</p>
