comparisons

hey, which schools does Northwestern University compare with. Is it like Dartmouth, Columbia, Brown level? or like CMU, GW and Tufts level?

Well, first off, i'd fix your "levels" a bit. Carnegie Mellon and Tufts are much more like the "Dartmouth, Columbia, Brown level" (actually, pretty much on par) than George Washington, which is obviously the safety of the group. Northwestern is a great school, and is easily in league with schools like Tufts, Brown, and Dartmouth. [Carnegie Mellon is very engineering-focused, so they're more specialty] I've always heard, though, that it is slightly more profession-based. Journalism & writing are certainly two of its' specialties.
