How would I compete with highschoolers who have 3.8-4.0 GPA’s and AP’s?

GED
95 Percentile SAT score
Red Cross disaster volunteer - Extremely passionate and proud
Hospital Volunteer - Hundreds of hours interacting with patients/families
Working as a Certified Medical Assistant in a clinic
Planning on taking and doing very well on SAT Subject Tests
What else can I do?
What colleges are you interested in applying to? What was your GED score?
95 percentile SAT is very good and your EC’s are great.
My GED score was not “incredible”, but I did score quite a bit adove average.
I’m interested in schools like Duke and John Hopkins University for their neuroscience majors. I’m not sure if that is a reach.
I also believe I have a compelling story of wanting to pursue neuroscience based on how mental illness affected my mother during my childhood and even to this day.
