How are my chances for:

Buuuuumppppp

In at Hampshire, most likely in at Occidental, very good chance at Cornell, and the other two are reaches. You say you’re URM however, so you probably have a better-than-average chance at Harvard and Amherst.
Hampshire: low match/in
Occidental: low match
Cornell: high match
Harvard: reach
Amherst: reach

Thanks, Stevenf! Does being a URM make that big a difference?

You really ought to go to the AA Students subforum to learn more about college admissions for AA students. It’s not as simple as most on this forum would like you to think.

wannabe

SATs are competitive for any school on your list.
Without Grades/Rankings/ECs, it’s impossible to even guess.

URM – should help some, as entomom says, it’s not a wholly simple question.
Legacy at Cornell should help some too.
