So I'm seeing a lot of threads asking for essay readers, and I'm sure you all want some fast responses since the deadline's looming. And I think you'd also get more responses if everything was on one thread.
That said, I'd be willing to read your essays for you. I was accepted SCEA and withdrew my apps, so no worries about stealing and the like. I can't promise much b/c it's too short of a turnaround, but I love reading college essays and helping friends w/ them, so I'll try to give as much useful feedback as I can. Just post on the thread, and I'll PM a few at a time.

And any other kids who applied SCEA, who attend Stanford, who just feel like reading essays, etc., feel free to add yourself to the reader list.

i just have a question about the roommate essay
i know everyones asking this, but do you address it to the roommate or not a letter at all or what? i'm really confused.

@basketballbabe
theres another thread that answers that, but I think most people addressed it to their roommate like dear roommate, -----body----- later

I'll read anybody's. I enjoy it. I'm kind of a geek that way, but I guess it's good practice for English class. Most essays I have read are either Stanford essays or UC essays. So anyone can PM me if they want. :)

I am an SCEA admit, so I'll read Stanford app essays. However, I am working on my own essays for some other schools still, so I might send some of you some requests to look over stuff if that's ok.
