I am currently completing an International Relations BA at a fairly small college and have few options for a minor (which I want to complete as my degree is only three years, and I want a 4 year degree).

I would like a minor with more "practicality" to it, rather than just theory but I want to it to be complementary than clash with my area of interest ( I am planning to work in international development).
My options are:
Marketing,
Legal Studies,
International Business Law,
European Studies (closest to area of interest, least "practical"),
Journalism/Mass Communication

Though some might seem a little too "private sector" in nature for someone wanting to work for the government, I have noticed (I interned at the UNDP not too long ago so I am not completely clueless) that often times business, public relations (or related fields) people where even more predominant than the political/social science majors, which is why I am not writing off options like marketing.

Are any fellow IR (or similar) majors out there in my shoes and unsure of what to do?
Any advice?
Thanks.
