Complete A-Level then US uni

I heard from the uni application consultants in my school that if i finish my As and A2( A-levels) of UK , then i can be able to go into the second year of US university( and of course, i still have to do SATs). Is is plausible?

If you can get enough credits to claim and the school accepts them, then yes.

so we can actually convert A-Level results into credits?

bump 10 char

It will depend on the school. Most will have this info on their websites. Some Ivies will require an A at both AS and A2 before giving any credit. Generally, you will need an A or A* at A2 for any type of credit.

Yeah, you can get credit for a few subjects depending on the college. Some, like Berkeley, are very flexible with regards to rewarding credit for completed A levels courses, while some, like Stanford, are not.

thank you everyone, it’s being really helpful to me
