Did any of you take your prepharmacy courses in community college and then transfer into a pharmacy school? Do you feel like it’s better way to reduce the cost and still be adequately prepared by that?

Anyone?
My dd is a prospective pharmacy student.
She has applied to several pharmacy schools which had a number of requirements:
BS in a related field, PCAT score, and EC’s.
If you transfer from a community college to a pharmacy program, generally, it is within a university program, and your costs will depend on the university.
I don’t know. My D’s conditional admission program requires that math and science courses be taken at her university.
I would check with prospective pharmacy schools.
A good way to save on undergrad is to go to a school that offers merit scholarship.
