<p>I am considering transferring from UCSD in two years. Nothing is set in stone, but I am planning out my schedule year right now. I am in Warren College and I need to complete two Programs of Concentration as part of my general education. A minor could be used in lieu of a PoC, which is what I plan on doing. I have planned it out and could conceivably complete a minor within two years. However, if I were to transfer to another UC, would I be able to 'keep' that minor at the new UC? The minor I am considering is very specific to UCSD, and the UCs I am considering to transfer to do NOT have the minor. Does anyone have experience with this or would I need to talk to an advisor about it?</p>
