I am thinking of minoring in communication to compliment
my Marketing major. I know that in general, minors are
pretty worthless. Buuut, since is a very complimentary
thing (unlike something random such as psychology and
biology) would it have any worth?

both psychology and communication work for marketing

So it would be beneficial?

If you want to go into marketing communications it would be beneficial. Generally, this professional track is staff and not line. Examples include advertising, sales promotion, deliverables creation and production, publicity, etc. Line marketing often has P&L responsibility and often includes titles such as product manager, brand manager, team leader, etc.

Psychology is helpful, especially for market research.

I apologize upfront, but because you are considering communications, I just have to mention that for your usage above it is “complement” and not “compliment.”
