All of these rankings have minimal relevance to the quality of undergrad education. In fact, one could argue…[that] these rankings can be [easily] manipulated.

In my opinion this ranking is one of the least important. It shows how many times each university is ranked in top 10 in a particular subject. Here is the least worst 10 list worldwide based on this criteria.
