composite scores at vanderbilt

does anybody know if vanderbilt takes the composite scores on SAT's (highest score on each section, regardless of when you took it)? I was under the impression that most schools did this, but I just wanted to double check...

thanks guys!

I am sure that vanderbilt does this for the SAT but not for the ACT.

Actually, when my dad called admissions before I sent in my ED1 (accepted), the person he talked to said they sort of looked at composite ACT scores. He said they don't compile all of them, but that your highest English, Math, and Writing scores held a lot of weight when they consider your ACT score.

they combine best of all three section from tests between your junior year and your application. They really do not use the writing section for admission, they are using it for record keeping and may use it later.
