Composite vs. Individual Sections?

<p>Do colleges care about the section scores or just the composite?</p>

<p>Bump, I would also like any input on this. Especially if you have one especially low section but three really high ones, resulting in a high composite score nonetheless.</p>

<p>Composite usually. I've never heard of them looking at your Rhetorical skills and Usage Mechanics, for the English test... thats weird. lol.</p>

<p>I had a similar problem when I took the ACT in december. I got scores above 25 on all sections(Math-30, English-31, Science-26) except for the reading where I got 19 (!?!) This made me soooo mad.</p>

<p>I think it really depends on the college. For example, Georgia Tech only looks at your mathematics and english(I believe) scores.</p>
