Comprehensive Studies Program (CSP)

I'm wondering that being a part of CSP means that my class choices are limited or if there are different requirements. I understand you get certain help and advising, but just wanted to know if it affects me beyond that. Has anyone been in this program? Can you just give me a quick run down of what it's like?

No, you’re not restricted in anyway. It’s up to you if you want to take CSP classes or not and graduation requirements are identical to the rest of LSA. Through CSP your academic adviser is responsible for significantly less students, you can receive free tutoring, and you have access to very small core classes(~30 students) with highly regarded professors as opposed to the 2-300 person lectures everyone else has to take. Feel free to let me know if you have any more questions, and for what it’s worth I enjoy the program.

Okay! That clarifies some things. Just asking, Fatsquirrel are you in the program? And if so how do you like it?

I am and I enjoy it.
