Computer & Cognitive Science Dual Degree Program?

Hello I'll be applying to UPenn in the RD round and although I'm planning to apply to Jerome Fisher M+T -> SEAS, I was wondering how the Computer Science + Cognitive Science dual degree program is.

I'm mainly interested in computer science and business but after looking up a bit about cognitive science it sounds somewhat interesting too. I'm assuming it focuses on developing AIs for robots / apps / video games? Is there a business minor i can take if i get in here like SEAS where there's the Engineering Management minor?

Also another factor why I'm considering this program is the sheer competitiveness of M+T. (Only 50 accepted per year?) How competitive is the CS+CS dual degree program?

bump 10 char. I’d also appreciate it if anyone could tell me the difference in competition between Wharton and SEAS.

I don’t really know much about SEAS but I can tell you that Wharton is harder to get into than SEAS. If you mean the difference in competition between the students, Whartonites are definitely more competitive, whereas it seems like the engineers tend to work together more.
