Computer Engineering College in California sorting! Please Help

Hey guys, so I’m a student at Florida Tech, Studying Computer Engineering. Im currently a sophomore and am looking forward to transfer out of FIT and move to another school on the WEST Coast. To be specific California.

I’m looking forward to apply to California State universities and I’m in a dilemma about which ones to apply to. I have already applied to SJSU & SLO for now. I’m kinda worried about not making to them but I want to apply to other universities aswell.
I have looked into CSU Northridge, SFSU, CSU Long Beach also but I’m not sure which one will be the best for my program.
Please help me out in deciding which universities would i be better of going to.

You applied for Fall 2016? Do you plan to apply to CSULB, CSUN and SFSU for Spring 2017 if not accepted for Fall?

Hey! So I got rejected from SJSU for a stupid requirement but I’m still looking forward to apply to more colleges in california. I’m sorta tired of banging my head as i don’t know which university will be best for computer engineering. What universities would you suggest.

Thanks a lot!

Transferring to a CSU from FL is absurdly expensive. Get your degree there, then move.

I go to Florida Tech, Its pretty expensive here. And money isn’t my concern

Many of the CSU’s have the same transfer requirements, so if you were rejected from SJSU, I would make sure that any other CSU’s you plan to apply will not reject you based on the same “stupid” requirement. Are you planning to apply for Spring 2017? Or for Fall 2017?

It was a communication course requirement, so i registered for a summer class and fulfilled it now. I can still apply for fall 2016 as the applications for international are open. I might look into spring 2017 too but preferably fall 2016
