Computer Engineering, UCLA vs UCSD

<p>I am a transfer student. I got accepted to UCLA and UCSD. Both are computer engineering. I personally don't like LA city. It'a dirty, crowded and full of traffic. But seems UCLA has a bigger name. Which school should I go? Any suggestion? Which has better computer engineering program?</p>
