I am admitted to CE and am wondering if Bing CE is rated better (due to funding, research, faculty, teaching etc.) than CS or vice/versa. My preference is CE but if CS dept is better, I may want to change to CS. How easy or difficult is to change from CE to CS or the other way around? How about SB? Is SB CE/CS nearly same or better/worse than Bing and ease/difficulty in changing? I have a full tuition ride at SB but few K at Bing
