Computer Games?

Battlefield 2142!

Also I play CnC Zero Hour now and then, I used to play it a lot when it came out, but not so much anymore. Unlike Jman who apparently still plays a lot! Are the servers still very populated?

How do costs for world of warcraft work? If I get the 3-month deal, and decide to keep playing, can I keep my characters and stuff and start paying monthly?

how much would it cost for the game and then playing for 3 months?

thegreatjaadoo,

The game itself is cheap these days ($20) and you can choose from a variety of payment plans (monthly, tri-monthly, and I think yearly.) You pay less per month if you pay for longer "contracts."

The nice thing about WoW is that if you cancel your account, you can always come back later to that character (toon) and pick it up again for a month. I've canceled and restarted my account three times now.

it's kind of childish but i play maplestory

Right now, I'm into N-Game (a free 2D platformer) & Cave Story (another free 2D platformer).

Half Life franchise
Battlefield franchise (Battlefield 2 alone consumed over 500 hours of my life)
Warcraft franchise
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Call of Duty series
Medal of Honor series (Pacific and Allied Assault only)
Far Cry
Final Fantasy after VII except XI (yes, call me whatever you diehard FF freaks call us)
Ace Combat series

I'm looking forward to Supreme Commander, Crysis, Bioshock, and this one game which I forgot its name.

There's more I know...

Approximately $65. It'll be $50 for your first 3 months since the first month you play WoW will be free. If you decide to use your credit card, you will have a small discount if you purchase a longer contract.

ok, I'm going to see if i can find the game for around $20, and play it until summer so I won't need a long contract and it will be pretty cheap.
