I applied for civil engineering but did not get into the school of engineering. I got into the school of technology, and the most appealing majors for me were computer information technology and building construction management.
My aim was to get an engineering degree and go into a top mba grad school and then get a good job. So will computer information technology help me conquer my dreams?

You’ll probably get that good job (and maybe an MBA), but not an engineering degree. If Building Construction Management is your passion, go with that even if you have to go somewhere else. Remember that you’ll be putting many years of your life into your field.
