Alright so curretly I'm a Senior in High School with a heavy interest in computers and the newest technology and have recently decided to go to UTSA to major in something related to those fields. I've considered Computer Science, but I'm afraid that the high level math courses and learning of the various programming languages may be too much for me. I've also considered Computer/Electrical Engineering, but I don't know if I'm creative enough to help come up with new ideas and actually make them a reality.

At the moment I'm thinking about Information Systems with a minor in Infrastructure Assurance. However from what I know IS deals a bit with convincing companies to use certain software/technology. Now,my social skills are somewhat lacking so that part troubles me.

My question is, are there careers for IS majors that don't involve heavy social interactions such as sales pitches or presentations for large groups of people that pay prettywell? Also, which computer related degree do you think would fit me the best?
