<p>Dual core is definately available, its the CELL processor that is not.</p>
<p>Internet and e-mail do not need 1 GHz to run. I use Centrino Hardware Control on my notebook, and I use the dynamic control to lower the processing power and voltage. The processing power it uses when surfing the web is in the 700 MHz range.</p>
