I am a california resident who will apply to ucla, ucb and ucsd.

can someone give me suggestions for colleges, which have good computer science and biology programs and can be served as safety/match schools incase I don't get in ucla, ucb and ucsd?

my stats
sat 1370
sat ii
mathiic 800, physics 750, writing 600, chinese 800
UC gpa 3.96 (bad sophmore year)
11 APs, 7 college transfer classes.
strong in math and science, weak in english.

ECs(basketball, robotics, mesa, plenty more) and community services (100hrs+).

WOW! How do you handle 11 APs and still have a 3.96 GPA?

I think you'll definitely get at least UCSD and UCLA. (UCSD should be on your safety list) UCB is more of a match. Can't say 100% sure, but I think you've got a good chance. You might want to consider retaking your SAT. It might be too late for December registration, but try January.
