Is it possible to do a double major with computer science and computer engineering? What is the difference between the two CE tracks and which one pairs better with CS for a double major?
I know you can’t minor if you are majoring in one of the comp, so you probably can’t double major. The degree plans aren’t so different in the first place. However, you can do CE with a CS track if that’s more of the route you want to go.
I am doing CE on the Electrical track. You basically work on an EE degree that specializes in computing, so you have like one less physics class (awesome) and others then replace that with some extra software classes. I think it’ll give me a good balance between the two for industry.
