Computer science at CC or SEAS? (Columbia University)

I’m really interested in studying computer science in college and Columbia University is my ED but CS is offered at both Columbia College and SEAS. Does anyone know if there’s a difference between them? I heard that maybe CS at SEAS is more computer hardware and CS and CC is more computer software, is that true?

Interestingly, if you go to the links on Columbia College’s and SEAS’ websites, the links route you to the same website!

If you go to the admissions tab on the CS website, it states that:

[url=http://www.cs.columbia.edu/education/admissions]SOURCE[/url]

Seems as if it doesn’t matter which school you apply to… Good Luck!

Any course at the College or SEAS is open to either school. They have one course directory.
