Can anyone comment on the CS program at Richmond? I am looking for info on the quality of professors, class size and the overall quality of the program.

BCAK,

I can’t speak to the quality of the professors in CS, but that’s one of the things UR is known for - quality professors and small classes.

Here’s a link to a guy I’m friends with that probably took a couple of computer science classes. [The Upstarts Are Coming | Inc.com](The Upstarts Are Coming | Inc.com) PM me if you’d like me to put you in touch with him.

Thanks for the offer but it looks like she has been out for a while. I’m hoping some recent graduates or current students will comment.

Bump, please!!!

Anyone???

BCAK, I’m assuming you didn’t read the article very well. Joel is a guy.

Must say, I’m a bit taken aback that you wouldn’t want the opinion of a guy who has run his own business for over ten years and knows what it’s like both in the classroom and in the board room. He’s been featured nationally in Inc. Magazine. What could he possibly offer.

You are right! I was thought you were talking about the author of the article. I’ll PM you. Thanks.

Comp Sci is cool. I have a lot of friends who are took classes, and I took Comp Sci sort of in IQS, the professors are typical UR professors-really nice and helpful. Lots of work, but pays off.
It also seems that a lot of CS majors from UR go to Google after graduation.
