I'm considering applying to a few of the following schools for a major in Computer Science. Could you please rank the top few(5-6?) of them for Computer Science?

RIT-Rochester Institute of Technology
JHU
UChicago
Boston
PennState
USC
FIT-Florida Inst. of Tech.
SUNY, Stony Brook
Rice
Tufts
Ohio State
CMC-Claremont McKenna
Virginia Tech
Univ of Wisconsin at Madison
University of Washington
UNC Chapel Hill
Texas A&M
Georgetown

Rice, USC, RIT, Texas A&M, Washington, Penn State, VaTech. That’s just my best guess from working in the tech industry in CA. I don’t know why you would apply to Georgetown which is notoriously difficult to get into and major in computer science. Likewise, Claremont-McKenna. Harvey Mudd is the Claremont college known for CS. I’m sure UNC and FIT are regionally known, but they are not heavily recruited in Silicon Valley.
